About Us

Jon Wragg – Partner

Since graduating in Food Science from Leeds University (getting an MBA on the way), Jon Wragg has gained a strong operational, commercial and entrepreneurial background, developed through a progressive 20 year career, travelling the world as a sales director in 4 multi-national private corporations.

He wished to apply his business acumen as a social entrepreneur, and in 2006 helped to found and create the charity and social enterprise Education for All. Education for All diverted unwanted educational resources from the UK to less privileged school communities in Africa, Asia and the Americas. This created real job opportunities for marginalised young adults in the UK too.

A skilled mentor, he has developed and lead teams to continual improvement by applying creative, sustainable and ethical business development skills and integrity, to the private, public and third sectors.

Born in Nigeria, Jon has had a passion for seeing Africa develop to its full potential all his life. He believes that all people should be given opportunities to better their life and the lives of those around them no matter where they live, their age, gender, creed, culture or faith.

Brian Parker - Partner

In 2001 Brian was awarded the OBE for his services to Education in recognition of an outstanding career as a senior manager in local government developing services for young people and local communities.

During the 1990s Brian was Chair of the Principal Youth Officers Group for England and Wales, a post he was re-elected to for an unprecedented four consecutive years. In this role he worked with government to first develop Anglo – American civic links, then for five years to shape national youth policy and later to develop the “Change for children” agenda.

Until February 2009  Brian was a member of the leadership team for Children Learning and Young People, - Head of Neighbourhood Services in Coventry. In various senior management roles he has successfully headed services for Social Care, Libraries, Early Years and Child Care, Children and Family Services, Youth Services and Adult Education.

As you might expect with someone with his background and experience,( and with a Masters degree in Education and a Diploma in Applied Management,) Brian has a strong and well informed commitment to developing educational provision so that young people and their communities have the opportunities they need to develop to their full potential
